In this post I will be reviewing the Core Trader EA. As with most forex robots I review, the Core Trader EA runs on the MetaTrader 4 trading platform and I would persaonlly use a regulated ECN forex broker with plenty of liquidity for quick execution speeds and low spreads. It is a fully automated forex trading solution.
Core Trader EA Trading Strategy
The Core Trader EA is primarily a scalping strategy the conducts its trading analysis over multiple time frames and currency pairs. It focuses on price action and tick by tick data to identify scalping trades. It will anticipate price moving above or below pre-determined prices and adjust the amount of risk according to your own money management.
The Core Trader EA runs on multiple currency pairs, you may choose to trade one, a few or all of them. Finally, the settings are fully customisable should you wish to optimise the EA in the MetaTrader 4 strategy tester but this is only optional and for the more advanced traders, otherwise it can be used straight out of the box and includes presets for each currency pair.
Core Trader EA Back Testing
The Core Trader EA website does not have any back test results published. It would have been useful for potential users to see 99% modelling quality back tests using Birts TDS in the MT4 strategy tester. This could have given an idea of the historical performance but of course would be no guarantee of future performance. For the upmost accuracy, back tests can be conducted using real tick data, variable spreads and including commission, swaps and slippage.

Core Trader EA Summary
Overall, this forex robot can analyse currency pairs and place trades for you but it does have some limitations. I have conducted many forex robot reviews and there are other alternative automated trading options that I would consider over this EA. It does come with instructions, support and a money back guarantee. It should be noted that there are no guarantees on how any system will perform and historical results are by no means an indication of future performance.
