Stoic AI is a simple automated crypto trading app developed by Cindicator that uses a combination of technical analysis and market research. Founded in 2015, Cindicator builds predictive analytics by merging collective intelligence and machine learning models. Some of the developer’s analytical products are already available across 300,000 Bloomberg terminals used by hedge funds and other institutional investors. Stoic will automatically manage your crypto portfolio on Binance using hedge fund’s quant strategies. It’s 100% automatic and the only fee you pay will be the 4 to 5% annual management fee.
In this Stoic Review, we will take a look at what it is and how it works, to hopefully help you decide if it is something that you would like to explore further. Now without further ado, lets get right to it!
What is Stoic?
Stoic is a cryptocurrency trading robot that implements daily rebalancing. It was developed by a group with hedge fund experience. This crypto software can help the user to rebalance top performing crypto assets, by taking into consideration a vast amount of quantitative research and market data from 170,000 analysts.

Stoic is a Cindicator’s fully automatic portfolio manager. It implements Cindicator’s AI engine which processes forecasts from a vast array of analysts to create indicators for the trading strategy that is used within the Stoic algorithm. It requires a minimum of $1,000 to start and funds can be withdrawn at any time.
How does Stoic work?
Users can automate their crypto trading strategies by connecting Stoic to their Binance accounts. Binance is one of the most popular crypto exchanges currently available.
Stoic can automatically manage any crypto portfolio on Binance using a trading strategy developed by the team behind hedge fund Cindicator Capital. Since 2015, they have been collecting data from financial forecasts which are then processed by ML-models to deliver a signal. They will then use those signals to develop a trading strategy. They initially decided to start with a long-only index strategy for top-30 altcoins which are being rebalanced on a daily basis to try and help ensure that the portfolio remains stable.
Stoic App
You can check your portfolio any time in the Stoic app. If you change your mind, you can immediately withdraw funds from your Binance account. Stoic has no lockups which can help save from any possible hassle.

Market Updates
On Mondays, you’ll get an easy-to-read update that explains in simple English some of the most important events in crypto. This can help you to understand the market without following news 24/7 while robots do the heavy lifting of managing your portfolio.

How do I setup Stoic?
It is a simple 3 step process to setup Stoic on an exchange account. You can just connect it to your Binance account and it will start trading automatically.
The Stoic setup process is as follows:
- SIGN UP: You can register via the Stoic Website or Stoic Mobile App
- CONNECT YOUR BINANCE ACCOUNT: Users can create a Binance API with enable trading and connect it to Stoic. This will effectively allow Stoic to trade the account automatically but will not allow asset withdrawal
- COMMENCE FULLY AUTOMATED TRADING: Once the previous steps have been completed, Stoic should be up and running to start placing trades within 24 hours.
Stoic will manage all funds available in your Spot balance. Therefore, if you do not want to get some of your funds sold by Stoic when it will form a top 30 altcoins portfolio, you may wish to use a separate Binance account.
Keep in mind that if a user creates any trading orders on the Binance account that they are using for Stoic – these orders can actually get in conflict with the Stoic trading strategy and potentially have an impact on performance.
What crypto you have in your Binance account before connecting Stoic doesn’t matter, Stoic will form your portfolio by itself first day of trading. The portfolio value should correlate with the one you choose during the set up and if Stoic detects more, it will ask you for fees again.

Stoic Fees
There are two main types of Stoic fees which are the initial and deposit fees. All of the Stoic fees are management fees only. Stoic do not ask that any percentage is paid from the performance/profits/withdrawals. Therefore, any profits made by Stoic can go to trading automatically in the next rebalancing.
Stoic does not ask for fees if they are less than 30 USDT. It will just start trading with deposits under this amount automatically. Once there are enough deposits that equate to more than 30 USDT fees in sum, Stoic will then ask the user to pay them.
Initial Fees
The initial fees are annual, meaning you pay them during the setup and they are 5% from the amount of funds you give Stoic to manage (equal to the amount of funds on the Binance account you connect to Stoic). If Stoic detects more funds than stated during the setup, it will ask for extra fees.
The initial fees will get you a year of Stoic management where they should not ask for any further fees. A year after Stoic will ask for 5% again which will be calculated from the account balance at that time unless you cancel.
Deposit Fees
If you add more cryptocurrency to your Binance account during the rest of your pre-paid year, Stoic will ask you to pay the additional 5% fee on the deposit amount. Payment details will be sent via email.
Stoic Conclusion
I personally think Stoic is one of the most prominent automated cryptocurrency robots that I have seen so far. Being a relatively new industry (crypto bots), the Cindicator development team seem to have put themselves in a strong position moving forward as one of the dominant forces.
The Stoic trading setup is simple and straight forward, giving institutional trading access to the average retail trader. Anyone can connect their own Binance account and let Stoic manage it for them. They provide step by step instructions and have full support available.
That being said, whilst past performance may look promising, it is by no means any indication at all of future performance, especially on assets as volatile as cryptocurrencies. Just make sure you are 100% aware of all the significant risks involved and never trade more than you can afford to lose.
I would put this cryptocurrency robot up there with some other popular automated crypto trading platforms such as Quadency, Coinrule, Shrimpy, Zignaly, CryptoHero, Mudrex, Centobot, 3Commas, Trality, Bitsgap, Cornix, ProfitTrailer, HaasOnline, Gunbot, Cryptohopper, Trade Santa and Pionex.
